After the night when Yash had dreamt of kissing Chikki, he couldn't stop thinking about it. However, their lives took a dark turn shortly after. Bindu shot herself, Chikki was kidnapped and attacked, and shockingly, an officer in Yash's own department turned out to be a member of the Karma gang.
Amidst
these chaotic events, Yash and Chikki discovered that there were two Karma
killers on the loose. During the pursuit of the second killer, Yash was
injured. His frustration grew as he struggled to understand Chikki's inability
to shoot, and he couldn't help but feel anger towards her. At this moment, Raj
intervened, again reminding Yash about Chikki's traumatic past and her fear of
gunshots.
Raj nearly
packed his bags, intending to send Yash away on a prolonged guilt trip. Chikki,
however, made the decision to leave the Chauhan house immediately after a
doctor had properly bandaged Yash's injuries. Despite the pleas from Rajkumar,
Sachin, and Raj, she remained resolute.
"Chikki
Bhabhi, Yash sir didn't know about your fear, and he was genuinely concerned for
you," Sachin tried to console her.
"Sachin
bhaiya, we never truly understand what someone has gone through in their life.
We often judge or accept people based on their present actions. I'm not keeping
score, but even after everything I've done for him, he still believes I could
harm him or his family," Chikki reasoned before leaving Chauhan Niwas.
As Chikki
returned home, she discovered that her Maasi was being tortured, and in a fit
of rage, she destroyed all the furniture in her room. This was when Yash found
her.
Yash,
realizing that he couldn't put Chikki's life in danger, followed her to her
home. She had become more than just a case or a responsibility to him; she was
now something much more significant.
After he
arrived, a series of chilling events unfolded. Several bodies were found, and
Chikki was among them, packed in plastic. Yash managed to save her, but he
vowed never to let her out of his sight again.
I'll
handcuff her to me if I have to, he thought fiercely.
Chikki,
however, firmly declined Yash's offer to return to his house. Yash, being Yash,
created a scene to persuade her otherwise. He even got beaten up by some thugs
until she finally agreed.
After
fighting the goons off, Chikki brought him inside her home and made him sit on
the sofa.
"Sit,
I'll go get the medical kit," Chikki ordered as she headed to another room. While retrieving the kit,
she continued speaking. "Yash, what were you thinking? What compelled
you to do what you did?"
She
returned with the kit, glaring at him as he struggled to express his feelings.
"You
know why I did that," Yash said, looking at her.
"Because
you're sorry?"
Chikki questioned, and he gulped with guilt. "You didn't have to go to
such lengths. A sincere apology would have sufficed."
"Chikki...
I... I've never..." Yash attempted to convey his feelings but found himself at a loss for
words.
"This
is the problem, Yash. You find it difficult to talk about your own feelings,
assuming that the other person will understand. It doesn't work that way," Chikki explained but stopped
noticing Yash's guilt-ridden expression.
She
carefully set the first aid kit down on the table, her focus on organizing the
cotton and antiseptics. Yash, his desire too strong to contain, pulled her
gently, drawing her toward him until she descended into his lap. In that
electrifying moment of her stumbling into his embrace, her arms instinctively
encircled his neck for balance, their eyes locking with an intense connection.
His arms wrapped her waist, pulling her irresistibly closer, creating an
intimate, passionate embrace as she settled comfortably in his lap. The world
around them ceased to exist as their hearts beat in perfect unison, a fiery
passion igniting between them.
With their
faces inches apart, their chests touching, her hand around his neck and his
around her waist, Yash gently touched her face, causing her to close her eyes.
He brushed a stray hair from her face, tucking it behind her ear.
"I'm
sorry, Chikki,"
Yash whispered.
Chikki
opened her eyes and gazed deeply into his sincere sea-green eyes. There was
something more in his eyes, something that made her nervous, apart from the
genuine apology.
"What
kind of sorry is this?" Chikki whispered. "Do you say sorry like this to
everyone?"
"No, I
never apologize to anyone, especially like this. But you never listen to me, so
this is the only way to make you listen," Yash said in a sultry voice.
"Chikki... I've never met someone like you. Someone who is as mentally
strong as I am. You have no idea how you're changing my life." He held
her cheeks with both hands and drew her closer, their foreheads touching. "You
have no idea what you're doing to me."
"What?" Chikki dared to ask as her hand
around his neck tightened, pulling him closer.
"I've
never felt... I've never felt this alive, Chikki. I'm sorry that even after
everything you've done for me, I... I blamed you for things I shouldn't
have," Yash
confessed, his hands sliding down to her waist, pulling her closer. "Just
don't leave my sight. If anything happens to you, I won't be able to..."
"You
won't be able to what?" Chikki asked, loosening her grip, and moving slightly away so she could
look into his eyes. "You won't be able to introduce a girl like me to
your family? Someone who delivers pizza dressed up like a guy, someone who
talks back, someone with all the wrong qualities or someone who comes to your
place uninvited, even though it is you who drags me there!"
Yash closed
his eyes in guilt as his own words came back to haunt him. Unable to endure it
any longer, he grabbed her by the neck and pulled her face towards him. She
gasped as he drew her close, gripping his bicep to steady herself.
"Shhh….
Bilkul chup! I said I'm sorry... Don't recall the bad things. I said all those
things in a fit of rage. But I'm changing, Chikki... and I'm sorry. Just don't
repeat what I said," Yash pleaded.
"No,
you need to hear what you said," Chikki said firmly.
"Then
I have better ways to shut you up, Chikki Sharma," Yash whispered, his hands tangled
in her hair tightening as he pulled her head back slightly.
The dreams of passionate kissed flashed through their minds as Yash leaned in,
closing the distance between their lips, ready to embrace the moment they both
desired. But just as their lips were about to meet, the sound of Rajkumar and
Sachin entering the house jolted them apart. In their hurried separation,
Chikki's hair got tangled in Yash's watch, causing her to stumble and once
again land on his chest.
Rajkumar
and Sachin walked into the room, their steps abruptly halting as they caught
sight of the intimate scene unfolding before them. Both of them quickly turned
their backs, avoiding the awkward situation. However, the sly smiles they
shared among themselves gave away their awareness of the passionate moment that
had been interrupted.
"Uh...
sorry, sir! Actually, we're here to escort you back home," Rajkumar explained.
"But
you can take your time, sir. There's no rush," Sachin added mischievously.
"Shut
up, Sachin,"
Yash responded, finally freeing Chikki's hair. They both stood up, and Yash
cleared his throat before addressing her. "Chikki, why don't you go and
pack? In the meantime, I'll coordinate with Raj. Actually, here's an idea. I'll
arrive there first, and you can come with Sachin and Rajkumar. I don't want
Dadi to know about you until Raj's party ends."
"Yes,
that sounds better," Chikki agreed.
"Bhabhi,
we're waiting outside for you," Sachin grinned widely, earning a glare from
Yash. Sachin couldn't help but chuckle at his own audacity. Sir glares but never
refuses us to call her Bhabhi anyway, oh the young love!
As Rajkumar
and Sachin exited, Chikki turned to leave to get ready. But before she could
go, Yash interrupted her. "We'll continue this later."
"What?" Chikki turned, startled by his
statement. "ACP ji is in full-on 'majnu' mode," she thought.
"I
meant we'll continue our conversation later. What were you thinking?" Yash teased, a smile playing on his
lips that instigated Chikki.
"Bina
job walo ko nahi dena parta hai Tax, Aapki harkate hai cringe pro max” Chikki retorted, making Yash laugh.
"I'll
see you there,"
Yash said.
"Sure,
whatever,"
Chikki replied, rushing inside her room to change, "Clean you wounds ACP ji, or Dadi won't spare me" leaving a smiling Yash
behind.

"Raj,
are you sure you can handle everything, including ensuring that Chikki enters
the house without Dadi noticing?" Yash asked again, his concern evident.
"Yes,
my dear brother," Raj reassured him. "I have a few plans in action. You go get
ready. Chikki is about to arrive, and I'll take care of everything."
"How
do you know she's about to arrive?" Yash inquired.
Raj showed
him his phone, displaying his messages with Chikki. "I asked her, and
she said she's near that chowk's red light."
Yash
frowned slightly, wondering why Chikki could have such conversations with his
brother and not with him. His inner voice chimed in, because sometimes you
are an ass, ACP.
"Are
you jealous, bhaiya, that Chikki is messaging me and not you?" Raj teased, raising an
eyebrow.
"Shut
up, Raj."
"You
can shut me up, but why don't you send her a message yourself to see where she
is? Girls like it when you show interest, you know," Raj advised.
"Shut
up and go,"
Yash grumbled, shooing his brother away.
As Yash
ascended the stairs to his room, he couldn't resist pulling out his phone and
opening Chikki's chat. He sighed as he noticed the lack of messages.
"Where are you?"
"Almost
there, ACP ji,"
"You could have messaged me about your location as well
"Raj was right. 🤣 Please don't sulk. I'll message you from now on. Come on, stop being grumpy and smile 🤓"
"Waiting for you."
Chikki
smiled as she placed her phone in her purse. She was happy, yet nervous. She
knew she was falling for Yash, falling hard. She appreciated the changed Yash,
the one who could apologize, who was open to different perspectives. But as
they approached Chauhan’s house, she remembered her doubts about Shyam.
"I'll
have to talk to him about Shyam after the party tonight," Chikki decided.

As Yash tightened the dori around her neck, Chikki gasped with erotic sensation that ran through her body electrifying her to the core.
“Score equal kar lete hai Chikki ji” he whispered near her ear as Chikki leaned her head back on his shoulder. Yash kissed her neck and left a wet trail of kisses till her earlobe.
“Yash Vardhan Chauhan always wins” And he bit her earlobes, her skin broke into goosebumps.
Yash found himself equally affected, her closeness both terrifying and exhilarating. With his eyes closed, he felt like he was seeing stars, wanting nothing more than for time to freeze so he could hold Chikki close to his heart for eternity.
